The challenge

Expand your pieces, jump and convert the CPU's pieces on the classic 7×7 board.

How to play

  1. Select one of your pieces and move to an empty cell at distance 1 to clone or distance 2 to jump.
  2. After each move, every opposing piece adjacent to the destination changes to your color.
  3. If a player has no legal move, the turn is passed. The game ends when the board is full, one side has no pieces, or neither side can move; the player with more pieces wins. If the same position with the same side to move occurs three times, the game also ends and is decided by piece count.

Advanced strategies

  • A jump may capture more pieces, but cloning grows your presence; also consider what the CPU can convert in reply.
  • Cloning increases your piece count; jumping keeps the same count but can open a stronger capture.
  • Do not judge a move only by immediate captures: mobility matters too.
  • Edges and corners reduce the directions from which a piece can be converted.
