Use the numbers from 1 to the board size exactly once in each row and once in each column.
A white dot means the two values are consecutive, such as 3 and 4.
A black dot means one value is exactly double the other, such as 2 and 4.
When there is no dot, the two values cannot be consecutive and cannot be in a double relationship.
